Local School Visit

Hello Resident,

On Wednesday, PCSOs Debby and Colin, supported by Sgt Matt and PC Pete, were invited to Stanley Primary School to speak with the Reception Year pupils.

The children had a fantastic time getting involved in a range of fun, hands‑on activities. They enjoyed dressing up in police uniforms, taking part in a “guessing game,” and even getting their fingers covered in paint while learning how fingerprints work.

The pupils also had the exciting opportunity to meet two of our police dogs and take a look inside one of our police vans. Unfortunately, we were only able to capture photos of the indoor activities, but the children’s enthusiasm throughout the visit certainly made the day memorable.
